Nobody is happy all d time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others..Studies on what makes people happy reveal that it doesn't have much to do with material goods or high achievement, but it boils down to your outlook in life, & d quality of ur relationships with d people around you..


Highly happy people all share happy habits. It's as simple as that. The happiest people share seven very obvious habits.Consider to adopt these habits in your own life if you are looking to expand your general happiness;


1.  Be part of something you believe in
  • To be engaged in something they strongly believe in. This engagement brings             happiness & meaning into their lives.


2.  Share time with friends & family

  • The stronger the personal relationships are & the higher the frequency of interaction, the happier a person will be.

  • A continuous general awareness of your daily successes can have a noticeably positive affect on your overall emotional happiness.

7.   Savour the natural joy of simple pleasure
  • The best things in life are free. It's all about taking a moment to enjoy the sunset, smell the flowers or hold the hands of someone you love. Noticing these moments & taking part in them will bring bursts of happiness into your lif
